Welcome to Yourfabric.com! We are committed to excellent customer service. Each
order placed with us will be responded to with a confirmation e-mail. Orders in
stock will be shipped within 24 hours on weekdays and the next business day after
weekends and holidays. Customers will be notified of all backorders.

Shipping Policy: We ship to the United States and Canada only. We will ship
outside of the United States only if you send payment before shipment in the form
of cashiers check, money order, or other form of secure payment. We are sorry we
cannot honor credit cards outside of the United States and Canada because we
cannot verify ship to and bill to addresses outside of those countries.

Return for Refund: We will accept returns of uncut material/unused items for any
reason within 20 days. All materials must have a return authorization (you may
email us or phone us). Credit amount will be less all freight charges incurred.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. No returns once
materials have been cut or used. All merchandise must be new. Materials must be
placed back in original packing or equivalent.

Special order items are not returnable.

If your shipment arrives damaged in shipment, please contact the freight carrier
immediately for resolution. Upon resolution with the freight carrier, contact
Yourfabric.com to schedule a reshipment.
